Fuckety Fuck Fuck Fuck

I don’t know whether it was the excitement that Carolinkus has fought off her demons and started blogging again, or my despair at the Senate result but I knocked my lovely glass of red into the laptop last night and I think it’s very, very ill.

I’m letting it dry out for a bit, and then we’ll see. In the meantime, I’m sitting in a scary internet cafe at the Belconnen Westfield with a horrible moulded brick red ceiling and it’s upsetting me.

And goddamit Mike didn’t get in. Hopefully I’ll be back soon.

Hopefully once the wine has dried you will just have a cleaner machine, albeit with a few less braincells!

can’t be any worse then the basement internet cafe in civic. stale sweat, stale socks, stale farts.

If it really is stuffed, I have known of people pouring water over the lappy to wash out the sugary stuff (coke, wine coffee etc) the water will do less damage and will dry out. [clearly I mean coca cola soft drink not coke as in nose candy etc]

FXH’s suggestion might be worth a try, they say that if you drop your camera into sea water, the best thing to do is to flush it with fresh water, and put it somewhere to dry, possibly couldn’t hurt at this stage?
