Perhaps I ought to bring props from work to the next blogmeet? We usually display them for a few days until they get wrinkly and then chuck them in the compost.

All that aside, which one tastes better? Which would you recommend parboiling, squashing, covering with olive oil and salt and baking until crisp?

Mmmmm, Mindy, that’s my favourite way of cooking spuds. I stole that from Jill Dupleix. Was that where you got it from too?
