Leadership questing
I’m finding it exciting waiting to find out whether it’s going to be Gilderoy Lockhart or Kreacher:

And as for that cunt Tony Abbott:
"We were a very very good government and I am quite confident that in the not to distant future this will be seen as a golden age," he said."
Delusional.

“Shower”. He meant, “shower”.

not to mention the classic that made us choke on our dinner the other day:
“I think I have reasonable people skills”

You called Tony Abbott a ‘cunt.’ That’s so funny.
I’m blogging while I should be paying attention to the Tonies on Lateline. These guys have a love/hate relationship, don’t they? I’m actually quite enjoying this.

For no reason other than malice, I’m backing Nelson. I want to see him do to the Libs that what he did to defence with his eyewateringly inept equipment decisions. & a pissed off Malcolm fuming away on the opposition benches would just add to the fun…

Just making sure that the blog stays up near the top for a google search of “Tony Abbott cunt”, Trish. Also, it’s true.

that cunt Tony Abbott
I object to that. He has neither the depth nor the warmth.

Kreacher it is.

It’s bad enough, as a Brit, not knowing who’s who in Oz politics (Abbott and Costello, heh), without having to cope with obscure pop references.
Thank heavens for Google.

Nelson!!! I mean there’s no way this week can possibly get any better is there? Apart from the Libs cracking down the middle all DLP Santamaria styley.

“…Mr Turnbull, who was ahead on the numbers last night, advocated abandoning allegiance to Work Choices, ratifying the Kyoto Protocol, and saying sorry to the Stolen Generation.”
# So, Mr Turnball reckons that the Libs should adopot the policies that got Labor elected.
Genius!
“Hey guys, I have an idea: let’s do the opposite of all the stuff we did before?!?!”
hey, it’s not as obvious as it sounds.

I think it’d be a bigger threat to Labor if they’d become real liberals, as he was touting. Instead they picked Nelson and while I don’t want to be guilty of underestimating anyone I think Flutey’s onto it. Bit like when the Dems shafted Stott D for their own internal bickery reasons.

Given the choice between a dickhead and a softcock, they went for the softcock. How the Liberals think that a leadership team comprised of a softcock and a stuck up cunt will get them anywhere is beyond me.
