  Ooh, I get that a lot. It’s turned into the best bribe for room-cleaning etc. Next happy hour we should sit them down together… instant babysitting.

  I get requests from the Dinghy. he launches himself on my lap whenever I try and sneak off to the PC for a few minutes and says “see picture please Mummy!” so I ask him what he wants to see. usually it’s horses, but a couple of weeks ago it was… pause… tilt head… most sagacious look… “mmmm, peacock… yes.” I am powerless.

  Unbearably gorgeous.

  Dash hasn’t discovered cats on the internets, thankfully. We inherited a cat when we bought our house and he is in luuurve with “the pussy” as he calls her. The rest of us call her Pearl.
